Aaron Robinson leads sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) for International Airlines Group and its carriers in the U.S. While in sustainability at United Airlines, he created the world’s largest corporate customer SAF program, organized the first two airline flights to use 100% SAF, and successfully lobbied California to include SAF in its Low Carbon Fuel Standard. Aaron’s sustainability career began in fuel efficiency at Northwest Airlines, and continued at post-merger Delta Air Lines, where he oversaw compliance with the EU ETS.

Amy Hebert brings more than 25 years of global industry experience and 10 years of executive leadership positions in the refining, chemical and polymer markets. She has experience in all aspects of business management including developing and executing long term business strategy while managing overall financial wellbeing. Amy Hebert is the CEO and founder of Arcadia eFuels, a company with the mission to combat climate change by producing sustainable fuels with a net-zero carbon footprint. In a project full of first, Amy and the Arcadia team has worked to create a first of its kind commercial efuels plant that is becoming a reality with their first location set to be built in Vordingborg, Denmark.

Sean Newsum is Managing Director for Environmental Affairs at Airlines for America (A4A), where he leads the A4A work to support the US airline industry on Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) and other environmental issues. Sean joined A4A after 32 years at Boeing, with the last 12 years focused on aviation’s environmental strategy. His final role at Boeing was as Senior Director for Environmental Sustainability Strategy which including leading Boeing’s Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) program that focused on partnering widely across and beyond the aviation sector to catalyze the availability of SAF.

Dick Benschop is the interim CEO of Mission Possible Partnership. Benschop most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Schiphol Group, the owner and operator of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and Rotterdam The Hague Airport. Benschop has also previously served as Senior Vice President in various roles at Royal Dutch Shell, including president of Royal Dutch Shell Netherlands. Before that he served as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for The Netherlands.

Amongst other international leadership roles in the fuel business, Axel was leading the Fuel Management of airberlin for almost ten years.

Leading a cross-functional team focused on sustainability and transport, Sebnem is responsible for the incubation and development of sustainability products and initiatives for Google’s travel and local verticals. Under her leadership, Google has launched hotel sustainability a ributes, carbon emissions on Flight Search, and joined the global Travalyst coalition.

Ulrike Ziegler is president of impact, a non-profit association founded in early 2022 by leading financiers in Aviation. impact, a global platform, aims at promoting transparency on airlines’ CO2 data, providing tangible KPIs to measure and track their carbon footprint and enhancing industry-wide discussion on sustainability. Further, impact aims to facilitate availability of funding for technologies relevant to decarbonization of the aviation industry, e.g. SAF, Carbon Capture.

Cindi Bough is Managing Director at Climate Investment, and leads the London-based investment team. Cindi drives deal origination, evaluation, execution and portfolio support of venture capital stage companies. Cindi has board representation at CI portfolio companies: Zum, Gradient Comfort, Metron, and Urbint.
With over two decades of experience in clean tech as entrepreneur, strategist and investor, Cindi was Managing Director at TotalEnergies Carbon Neutrality Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of TotalEnergies, where she led the European Ventures team in Paris for four years, and the US Ventures team in San Francisco for two years before joining Climate Investment in 2023.
